What is NeonMint?

NeonMint is an Astro theme I made: minimal, with bright pops of color (the name gives it away 😉) and built for portfolios, personal blogs and indie projects. It’s lightweight, responsive and easy to make your own.

What it includes

  • Blog and portfolio ready to use.
  • Automatic light and dark mode.
  • Markdown and MDX support.
  • Reusable components that are easy to customize.
  • Responsive layout and fast loading.
  • And of course, subtle animations and the neon and mint colors that give it its identity.

Why Astro?

Because I love how fast it is and how much it focuses on content. It also lets you use React, Vue or Svelte… but only if you want to!

Installation

npm create astro@latest -- --template EFEELE/neonmint
cd neonmint
npm install
npm run dev

You can also clone the GitHub repository, change whatever you need and you’re set.

NeonMint is in Astro’s official themes catalog: astro.build/themes/details/neon-mint.
